1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”), “we”, “us”, “our” refer to Nuevo Campo, and “you”, “your” refer to the user, customer or participant.
“Facility” means the sports venue, football pitch, party area, café and associated services offered by Nuevo Campo at 2 Aristidou Street, Latsia, Nicosia, Cyprus.
“Booking” means your reservation of a football field/hall, children’s party event, café table or use of other services at the Facility.
“Event” means a children’s birthday party or any hire of a space for a gathering organised at the Facility.
“Rules” means any house‐rules, safety instructions, schedule, signage or policies we publish or communicate.

2. Application

These T&Cs govern your use of the Facility, your Booking of services at the Facility, any Event you organise, and your purchase of goods or services from our café.
By making a Booking or using the Facility, you accept these T&Cs and agree to abide by them.
We may modify these T&Cs from time to time; the most current version will be posted on our website and will apply to Bookings made after the date of revision.

3. Bookings & Payment

To book a football pitch, Event space or café service you must provide accurate information (name, contact details, number of participants, date/time, etc.).
A Booking is confirmed only when we receive payment (or a deposit where applicable) and send you a confirmation.
You must arrive at the Facility at the time specified in your Booking. Late arrivals may result in reduced time or cancellation without refund.
Full payment is required for the duration booked. If you overrun beyond your scheduled time, additional fees may apply.
For Events (e.g., children’s parties), you may be required to pay a deposit which is non-refundable if you cancel after the cancellation deadline (see clause 4).
We accept payments via [insert payment methods: e.g., card, bank transfer, cash] and all prices are in Euros (€).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your Booking, you must notify us in writing (email or in person) at least [insert deadline: e.g., 48 hours] before the scheduled time.
If cancellation is received before the deadline, we may refund your payment less any agreed deposit or charge a cancellation fee.
If you fail to show up or cancel after the deadline, no refund will be given.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your Booking (e.g., due to inclement weather, facility maintenance, or other operational reasons). In such case, we will endeavour to provide an alternative time or issue a refund.

5. Use of Facility & Conduct

You must comply with all Rules, safety instructions, signage and directions of our staff. Failure to do so may result in termination of your Booking without refund.
You are responsible for the behaviour of all participants in your Booking or Event (especially children) and must ensure they behave in a safe and respectful manner.
No alcohol, illegal substances, smoking (except in designated areas), fireworks, or dangerous behaviour are permitted.
We reserve the right to refuse access or eject any person whose behaviour is unlawful, dangerous, or disruptive to other users or the Facility.
You must leave the space in the condition it was provided. You will be responsible for any damage caused by you or your participants beyond normal wear and tear and may be charged accordingly.

6. Safety & Liability

Use of the Facility involves inherent risks (e.g., sporting activities, slipping, collisions). You use the Facility at your own risk and must ensure appropriate supervision, footwear, equipment and conduct.
We carry adequate commercial liability insurance for general public use. However, we exclude liability to the fullest extent permitted by Cyprus law for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or your participants except to the extent caused by our negligence.
We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property brought into the Facility.
You must ensure your own personal or participants’ insurance (for example for children’s parties, tournaments) if you consider it necessary.

7. Children & Supervision

If your Booking involves children’s access (e.g., birthday parties, youth football), you must ensure adequate adult supervision at all times.
Children under the age of [insert age, e.g., 16] must be supervised by an adult participant or responsible person.
We may require a parental/guardian consent form for children’s participation in certain services.

8. Café & On-site Services

If you use the café or other refreshment services, regular consumer terms apply (food hygiene, seating policy, order & service).
We may restrict areas/seating in the café based on events or bookings; you accept that sometimes access may be limited during busy times or private Hire.

9. Booking of Tournaments / External Hire

If you intend to hire the Facility for a tournament, event organiser hire or third-party competition, you must obtain our written approval, disclose number of teams, format, schedule, insurance cover and comply with our additional terms.
We may require additional deposit, insurance or terms for external organisers.

10. Intellectual Property

All signage, branding, logos, website content and materials of Nuevo Campo are owned or licensed by us and must not be used without permission.
You may not record, photograph or broadcast commercial footage from the Facility without our prior written consent.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (which you should read alongside these T&Cs).
You consent to our use of your contact details for booking administration, safety communications and (if opted in) marketing purposes.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these T&Cs if caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, strikes, power failures, road closures, pandemic restrictions).
In such event, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and either reschedule the Booking or issue a refund as appropriate.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&Cs and any dispute arising from or related to them shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any claim, dispute or difference shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
